### Ingredients:
- 4-6 pieces of Boyal fish (washed and cleaned)
- 2 tbsp mustard oil (or any other cooking oil)
- 1 large onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tomato (chopped)
- 2-3 green chilies (slit)
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing
- Water (as needed)
### Instructions:
1. **Marinate the Fish**:
- Rub the fish pieces with a little salt and turmeric powder. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
2. **Fry the Fish**:
- Heat mustard oil in a pan until it starts smoking, then reduce the heat to medium.
