Tiapia Fish Roast(তেলাপিয়া মাছ পোড়া)

 Here's a simple and flavorful **Tilapia Fish Roast** recipe:


### Ingredients:

- 2 large tilapia fish (cleaned and scored)

- 2 tbsp olive oil (or any cooking oil)

- 1 tbsp lemon juice

- 2 tbsp yogurt (optional, for extra tenderness)


#### For the marinade:

- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

- 1 tsp turmeric powder

- 1 tbsp chili powder (adjust to taste)

- 1 tsp cumin powder

- 1 tsp coriander powder

- 1 tsp black pepper powder

- 1 tsp garam masala

- Salt to taste

- Fresh cilantro (optional for garnish)


### Instructions:


1. **Prepare the Marinade**: 

   In a bowl, mix ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, black pepper, garam masala, salt, lemon juice, and yogurt (if using). Combine into a smooth paste.


2. **Marinate the Fish**: 

   Rub the marinade generously over the fish, making sure it gets into the scored slits. Let the fish marinate for at least 30 minutes (preferably 1-2 hours in the fridge).


3. **Roast the Fish**: 

   - **Stovetop Method**: Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Place the marinated tilapia in the pan and roast each side for about 6-8 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

   - **Oven Method**: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the marinated fish on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil. Drizzle with olive oil and roast in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and fully cooked.


4. **Serve**: Garnish with fresh cilantro and lemon slices. Serve with rice, salad, or any side of your choice.
